What do your services include?
At Robobotica, our services include nearly everything on your to-do list: dry cleaning, grocery shopping, floral arrangement, and more.
Who can benefit from your services?
Anyone who needs more time! These services are available for individuals or businesses who need the support to manage their busy lifestyles and work days.
Can I request anything?
Yes, as long as it is legal and ethical. Robobotica will fulfill all of your requests or will find you a source that can.
How far in advance should I schedule my requests?
Robobotica requests 24-hour advance notice prior to your need for service, but try to accommodate any and all requests.
Do all requests take up one task?
Yes, with the exception of errands and express delivery. We will send you a note asking you to approve the use of additional tasks to complete the job. Once we receive your approval, we will deduct the amount of tasks from your pool to complete the request.
What happens if I don’t use all of my tasks in a month?
We understand that sometimes you may need us more than other times, so the unused tasks will be carried forward to the next month.
How much do you charge?
There is no additional fee to complete a task service for you. Some services that you elect may require a third party vendor to complete this request for you. Services such as home management and auto care all require an additional fee for their service.
